Delta 8 Dosage, Cons of Delta 8, pros and cons of Delta 8, strictly delta

FRANKFORT, Ky.- Although it is illegal to sell marijuana in Kentucky, a different chemical that works like marijuana is available in stores around the state. It’s called “Delta 8 THC”. This fastest-growing product in the hemp sector, strictly Delta 8, contains more than 100 different cannabinoids. The Food and Drug Administration states that concentrated levels of Delta 8 THC are often produced using CBD extracted from hemp.

At the time of writing, Kentucky has legalized Delta 8 THC produced from hemp. Kentucky, a national leader in hemp production, is the latest state to regulate items containing hemp-derived psychoactive cannabinoids such as Delta 8 THC, an isomer of the more common Delta 9 THC. Delta 8 does contain THC, albeit at a lower concentration than marijuana. It is not a controlled substance under Kentucky or federal law. All derivatives, cannabinoids, extracts, and isomers of hemp become legal following the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill.

Further, a Kentucky judge for the Boone Circuit Court declared that using Delta 8 is lawful there. The Kentucky General Assembly enacted Senate Bill 50 in 2013, laying the basis for cultivating and selling industrial hemp in Kentucky, pending federal action.

Although there are acknowledged cons of Delta 8, there are also known advantages. Delta 8 can be used to induce euphoric sensations, relax, or find pain relief. Some people may not want the “high” that Delta 9 THC produces, so they turn to Delta 8 THC, believing it will produce milder effects.

The product has surfaced in gas stations, convenience stores, tobacco shops, and cannabis dispensaries across America and abroad. Delta 8 dosage in any given product will depend on its concentration. While determining the ideal Delta 8 dosage for your needs, it’s crucial to remember that dosage increases take time, as studies suggest there are pros and cons of Delta 8.
